Miroslav Aničin is a highly dynamic, energetic and motivated Executive and Practitioner with 28+ years of diverse experience in Project Management, Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture and ERP implementation. He is a results-oriented visionary who has demonstrated the ability to successfully design strategies and create innovative and cost-effective approaches to project management and execution of overall corporate business process improvement. A proactive, resourceful servant leader to diverse teams of professionals with extensive managerial, motivational and leadership skills. Miroslav has led teams and departments with 50+ members through Agile transformation at the telco, bank, and other organizations, and has led up to five concurrent teams with as many as 35 developers on their path out of troubled eCommerce projects and on their way to becoming great Scrum teams. He loves a challenge and looks forward to working with new clients and on new projects. Miroslav holds Master degree in Electrical Engineering and is certified PMP, PRINCE2P, SAFe SPC5, PMO-CP, PBA, CBAP, AAC, ACP, PSM, CSP, CSM, CSPO, CSSMBB, and LAI-CAC.
